and Founder, Gary Atkin, incorporated G.S. Atkin Property Management
Specialists Inc. in 1988. Since then, we have provided the highest
standard of professionalism and quality of service to all our
clients. Today, Gary Atkin conducts the affairs of the company
from our head office in Mississauga.
Property management
is our only business, therefore we can and do provide the necessary
one-on-one attention required to manage and operate a condominium
in today's environment. Our attention to detail, extensive planning,
and relentless follow-up enables us to keep a tight reign on all
aspects of each property we manage. We have invested heavily in
automating our systems to assist in providing effective and efficient
service.
Our staff is
highly skilled and well versed with respect to Government Legislation.
They are also extremely knowledgeable when administering and interpreting
the Condominium Act, 1998. All of our property managers have the
Registered Condominium Manager (R.C.M.) designation, recognized
by the Government of Ontario as a requirement for professional managers.

we have established a network of major contractors and suppliers
who are trusted and dependable professionals. This network enables
us to realize substantial savings in terms of price, priority in
terms of scheduling, and the expectation of high quality service
for all of our contractual needs.
GSA Property
Management provides hands on, day-to-day
management of the Corporations in our care. We maintain an open
line of communication with the Board of Directors and encourage
feedback from property owners. A manager is available 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always aware that
we not only manage a highly valuable asset, we also manage a
very personal one - your home. We do this with respect and a
