
GSA Property Management is dedicated to
managing the day-to-day realities of condominium corporations
with a long-term perspective. We handle the collection of common
elements fees and any staffing requirements, requests for quotes,
the awarding of contracts and the close supervision of outside
contract work. We provide direction and guidance to board members
and homeowners regarding finances and compliance to the Condominium
Act 1998..
Detailed
management reports are presented every month at meetings with
the elected Boards of Directors and we are present and accountable
at annual general meetings, which include all unit owners.
In addition, we staff on site management offices during regularly
scheduled "office hours". By conducting business
at each site on a regular, predictable basis, we are able to
interact with homeowners in person and effectively respond
to specific concerns immediately.
