Detailed management reports are presented every month at meetings with the elected Boards of Directors and we are present and accountable at annual general meetings, which include all unit owners. In addition, we staff on site management offices during regularly scheduled "office hours". By conducting business at each site on a regular, predictable basis, we are able to interact with homeowners in person and effectively respond to specific concerns immediately.
